    will sapphire 7950 vapor x work on Gigabyte p67a-d3-b3 rev 1.0 ?

    just a quick question before i decided to upgrade i just wondered if anyone knew if the sapphire radeon hd 7950 will work on a gigabyte p67a-d3-b3 motherboard? i meet all the other requirements including psu requirements.

    If you are worried about the PCIe 2.0 on your motherboard (I assume you paired a P67 MB with a SB CPU) and PCIe 3.0 supported by your future GPU, then don't worry, the generations are backwards compatible. Even if it will work only in a PCIe 2.0 regime.
