Recommendation Required for a good ATI Card

    Hi Guys,

I have a Intel Extreme Series DX48BT2 motherboard, 8gb ram running @1600Mhz FSB Bit on the old side I know but i like it!

Looking to get the video sorted out and been looking at ATI as that allows me to use the crossfire on the board, (or not) Depends,

I have Around £100 - £130 to spend and it must support:
    Eyefinity

    3 x 24" LED monitors running 1920x1080 each

I don't mind combining two cards to get the same effect either.

    Help me please lol

What PSU do you have?? I suspect you might be a Core2 quad so the CPU might end up a limitation too.

An HD7850 1GB can be had for around £120:

    However,I would consider at least getting a HD7850 2GB,for around £140 to £150 or a GTX660 2GB or HD7870 2GB for around £160 to £180.

To be honest with you, running 3 screens at native resolution on a card that costs £130 isn't gonna do your any favors. Yes it will work fine for surfing or watching TV etc but if you try and game like that (dont know if thats your intention) you will be sorely disappointed.

    As to the questoin.

The only decent thing in your budget for ATi is the 7850 that's already been mentioned.
