Dell blues....

I ordered a X800 XT from dell for $416! However about 3 mins after I ordered they no longer sold them on there site! :eek: they emaild me and said they were out, but that they were going to get more! Well, I've been waiting three weeks! So I decided to cancel my order.....

I am now looking at the BFG GeForce™ 6800 Ultra OC for $499... The fact that it has a OC of 25MHz on the core should help, however I feel reluctant to change over to Nvidia. Since I recently killed my AIW, perhaps its time for a change! I read on a review "Some minor bandwidth limitations at 1600x1200 and 4xAA" Sine I run all my games at that res I was woundering if this should efect my buying desision? Will this be a problem?

Not shure! :p While I now will pay more for the BFG ultra.... It might prove to be a better card, But I am reading alot of reviews that say the XT is better at 1600x1200! So I'm still deciding....

Seems the XT800 with AA is a stronger performer than the Nvidia at 16x12. You've waited this long, so why not hold out a bit longer. Aren't the XT versions supposed to be available in Sept.? (yes, I know they've been giving availibility dates for months, but I thought they were supposed to be coming now...)
