GPU issus

hi
i recently built a pc out of spare and i am having isuus
i am running a amd phenom 9500 quad core
4 gb ram and a gtx 260
but when playing game the frames per second are rubish and the gpu is only hitting about 37% ussage and cpu is about 70% and ram about half

NFS most wanted 2012 and borderlands 2

Almost certainly CPU limited then. Don't think anything will help with most wanted, but Borderlands 2 make sure you've got physics turned off (as much as able), shadows off etc. - all the things that generate extra CPU load. Make sure you're not running anything in the background as well.

how about putting a gts 450 in would that make a diffrence

The nVidia GTX 260 is more powerful that the GTS 450.

Even after the GPU change, the CPU would remain the bottleneck. But if you can, try to change the cards, try with the new configuration and report back, maybe the situation will change in a way so we can assist you further?

i have now fixed the problem need to get something to fix TLB and that relsesed the bottleneck and now it is runing at max setting on borderlands 2

Cool. Did sound like a CPU limitation so fixing CPU (or more correctly, disabling a fix that hindered performance) has addressed it

i have go fps with them on but i look in evga percition and gpu usage only hits 80% and the game some times drop just below 30 fps
