Make sure you're using official versions of games that are patched and up to date. Check your computers for malware and remove unwanted/background programs.
In your last thread you said that BL2 runs fine on your GF's PC?

for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
yea it was till today now both pcs have the problem but now it is doing it on youtube as well
If you are pirating games (as mentioned in your previous thread), might want to update and run your antivirus, whichever they may be. Run Malwarebytes and might as well do a Spybot and CCleaner run as well.
Press CTRL ALT DEL, and see if anything is chewing resources in your task manager.
