Good performance, although it is also the end of some decent CPU performance too.

It seems the chip is huge:
http://www.anandtech.com/show/7003/t...4560k-tested/5
The core is 264MM2 plus the the L4 cache!! Thats even bigger than Trinity.
It probably is over 2 billion transistors! Looks like it will be the biggest Intel mainstream chip for years. Anandtech estimated 65% of the die is the IGP.
The 2 core GT3 version is even bigger than the GT2 4 core chip.
Edit!!
It seems to be around 350MM2 in size:

Interestingly the test setup appears to be some sort of desktop.
Second Edit!!
One of the mobile Core i7 CPUs with the GT3e IGP costs $649:

Looking at that thread, supposedly GT3 will be there in the Ultrabook SOCs but with no L4 cache.

It looks like the TDP was actually configured to 69W for the review and also in a desktop chassis.
I think I cam going to wait until reviews of actual laptops with the GT3e IGP are released.
I'm impressed so far though. nVidia are going to be left behind in the perf/watt if they're not careful.
The GT650M has a TDP of 45W with GDDR5 RAM included and is still faster overall, especially when you turn up the resolution. It would be interesting to see what the TDP rating for the GT3e IGP including eDRAM would be,especially as the review sample was actually running at an effective 69W TDP. I have a feeling the IGP is the Lions share of the latter figure.
First laptop with the ULT GT3 unveiled:
