    7970 multi screen

What the hell am I doing wrong. When I go into catalyst I can duplicate a monitor but I cannot do multi display as i have two U23 monitor's. I could do it with my 680 but not with the 7970. All I can do duplicate or just go infinity as in one large screen

Are you trying to do extend option? There are two ways you can extend via AMD CCC or Windows.

    AMD CCC
Under Desktop Management section, select "creating and arranging options" and at the bottom bar saying "Please select a display:" with monitors showing numbers. There is down arrow and you should be able to select extend from the drop down.

    Windows:
Shortcut is Windows key + P to select display options.
Right click on desktop and select resolution to change from there.

    Re: 7970 multi screen

The extend I can do but I want to run two different screens at once. Example on the one screen I could be playing a game and on the other I could have ventrilo open to see who comes and goes. But thanks will still look at that. I'm AMD man but nvidia is so much easier to setup.
