Low GPU usage and low FPS

I'm having a problem with my new GPU. the usage on it is rather low and same for the CPU and the FPS on DiRT showdown is low!

Re: Low GPU usage and low FPS

How are you checking usage? Drivers cleaned up and up to date?

I would get a copy of unigine (assuming its not a 285 as it won't support dx11) run it windowed with GPUz and task manager to check GPU and CPU load. It'll work GPU more than CPU. You should then be able to run some kind of refence in non windowed and compare your score.
