I have a new Relisys TF770 17ins Monitor which when I turn pc on makes clicking sounds a few times during the boot up process and stops after windows is finally booted.
What might be the problem, does anyone know. is the monitor faulty.
thanks.

Sounds like it is the noise that some monitors make when changing resolution. Best way to check is to change your desktop resolution in windows and see if it makes the same noise. If it does, you have absolutely nothing to worry about
Same here,my monitor gives a click away during start up.
yes mine does that i think it is it preparing to show the image.

Smae here. I get a click on boot.
So does my 1710b.
Not around too often!
Most monitors have relays which click when you change resolution or switch it on. Your bootup sequence will involve a few res changes so don't worry
