Which TFT?

I've decided to use some of my insurance money (see C&B if you're not familiar with the story!) to buy a nice 19/20/21" TFT. I've been telling myself for a few years now I need one

Does anyone have any recommendations for monitors of this size? How much of a big deal is a low refresh rate? I need something that will be good enough for watching movies on as well as gaming (though not so much these days) and software & web development. I think my price limit should be around £600 to be sensible, whether or not that could include a decent 20"+ screen I don't know.

Edit: Should add, it will be replacing my excellent Iiyama 452, 19" flat CRT.

Id go for one of the new breed of 9" or 20" ones, as these come in 12ms and 16ms flavours.
Good ones to look for include BenQ, Samsung, Sony, Sharp, Viewsonic.

I've been looking at the 19" Sony (x-brite or x-black, something like that) and a 16ms 20.1" Iiyama... both have had good reviews
