    Guys i am confused between these two cards which come in my budget & available at same price.

    well i think its better if you can go for Gigabyte product . i saw there are OC version of GTX 650 with 2GB memory and its memory clock and GPU clock is very effective. so its better if you can go for OC edition . even so my money is on Gigabyte

    They are essentially the same card in a different box; I'd go for gigabyte personally, simply from having used them before.

    The Gigabyte cooler does not look as good as the club 3d's. Having owned 2 x gigabyte 7970s the cooler design and implementation left a lot to be desired and I would steer clear of gigabyte cards in general personally. But that's just me.

    If I was in your position I'd go for gigabyte as I had previous windforce cards with no problems whatsoever, but this might vary between others. Or you can just buy the cheapest one available
