Hi all,
I have an MSI 680 PE flashed to a lightning and no matter what I do the voltage is stuck at 1.176V, even if I adjust the voltage in afterburner it still wont. I am getting a reported perfcap problem due to this voltage, so it certainly seems like it is being restricted. Anyone got any ideas?
