Question Mix and match for Multi-monitor

So, at work, I have these old cards

    ATI X1600 PCIEx16
    ATI X1300 PCIEx16
    ATI 9250 PCI
    NVIDIA 8400GS PCIEx1
    NVIDIA MX4400 PCI

Now, my question is : Can I mix and match to get 3 monitors working as Extended Desktop ?
    The PC's have 1 x PCIEx16 + 1 x PCIEx1 and 2 X PCI

I am thinking of these configurations :

    X1600+9250
    OR
    X1300+9250
    OR
    8400GS+MX4400
    OR
    X1300+8400GS

Which OS? Some work better with different graphics cards than others!

I suspect the safest option would be X1300 or X1600 with the 9250.

32 bit? That should cope with having more than one graphics driver active at the same time then Win XP 64bit and all version of Vista had hissy fits if you tried to use more than one graphics driver at once!

So, that should mean you can use any combination of the cards you fancy.

Personally I'd still go for one of the X-series radeons and the 9250, which should both use the same driver anyway.

Yes, it is 32 bit Win XP. Unfortunately, the PSU is only 300W.
From my tests that I have just performed,
X1300+9250 = Reboot loop right after BIOS screen
8400GS+MX4400 = Nvidia BSOD ( maybe I should have uninstalled any existing nvidia drivers )
9250+MX4400 = MX4400 can only support one VGA monitor, Both monitors connected to ATi card were treated as single display
