is that the plain version? And why are you asking? I just read a very bad review on a simuloar one... or it could be that model!
ok, the review I read is about the V9999 Gamer Edition! and in the states it msrp is $400 US same as the GT however it performs worse... It only has 12 pipes enabled!

No, it's not plain! Some sort of built on Ultra board/6800 Core/Overclocked/Extreme Cooling miss-mash!
Clocks to 425/1200Mhz easywill go higher I'm sure, but that's max with provided software!
Oh and it lights up blue, lol
