New Graphics Card needed - A certain spec if possible

Hi All,

I want to replace my current AGP garphics card with something a little more versatile, namely:-

1) With a DV out
2) AGP
3) That can easily import video, tv etc to burn to DVD
4) Light on cost

My current system is

Athlon xp 2600 - xp pro - g-force 2 64mb - 512mb - 120gb hdd - 250gb USBhdd - 19" neovo TFT
