    17inch tft less than £220

    Ok, a bit of a task but here it goes;

    Does anyone know about any decent 17inch tft monitor that has good performance and decent enough for modern apps and some gaming, i.e. 16ms would be best!

    However all this needs to be less than £220 inc postage (hopefully)

    I'd rather it be branded, and have a decent rep. and have high poss. of no dead pixels! Also height adjustment and DVI would be much appreciated

    Links to sellers etc would be v nice as well as possible models and names!

    Cheers to everyone

    Ian

    got one here for a customer . Good monitor. Good colours, good even brightness. when i slipped a 9700 in and had a play with dawn of war, was faultless. No ghosting. Checked xvid playback - no ghosting. Nice design and good construction quality. Nice heavy metal base makes it easy to adjust without it sliding around. Only thing i dont like is the buttons are "squidgy", but who gives a **** about that huh?

    Just to mention i was running it from onboard graphics over a d-sub, so i imagine things can only (slightly) improve using a proper graphics card and dvi. No dvi cable supplied by the way, though scan does them for £7 last time i checked.

    Good deal for £215 with dvi i feel.
