    Webcams

Not sure if this wants to be in here or not, if not I expect someone will move it

Lookin for a cam that'll work well in low light situations, m8's car keeps getting its tyres slashed, we think we know who it is but no proof.

So the plan is to get a cam that can be plugged into a PC and then pointed at the car, it'll be at night and theres a street light n thats about it for light..

    Any suggestions anyone?

I was looking on ebay a few days ago at the webcams, and there are some on there that'll work in low light (they have an LED which gives them some light to work with), or for a fairly cheap price, some infra red ones, which I thought about getting to monitor my car, but no idea how good they would be, even though my car is directly under a streetlight. Possibly worth a look though.

Many new webcams have a lowlight mode, check their specs. But as has been mentiond you can get CCTV for so little andit can prove useful.
