Need some advice from you guys. I have recently been looking into getting a 17" tft, got upto #250 to spend, i have been looking at these: BenQ FP767 V2 , VIDEO7 17 TFT or the BLUE MOUNTAIN 17 . Can you recomend any others or give any advice on these i have found. Cheers.

I think if i drop £200 + on a monitor i may aswell get DVI.

If it can produce the kind of difference i have seen in connections to televisions then it will be well worth it.

Philips 170B5CS 17" TFT Silver DVI Multimedia Monitor

    24bit 16.7m colours
    16ms
    150/140 view angles
    D-SUB & DVI
    Integrated 2w speakers
    Brightness 250 cd/m2
    Contrast 450:1
    Power consumption 33W
    Includes both cables

    Savastore - £256 inc. VAT

I have been using a 15" 150p2 Philips TFT screen for quite a while. It has been and still is a great screen but obviously things have moved on since 35ms screens were considered fast. On paper atleast the 170B5CS has all the right numbers.
