750 ti left amd app sdk weird boot

I am getting intermittent stall and black screen on boot [ 3 seconds]since tech installed my maxwell based card
He left the amd app sdk files in add remove
should I uninstall this

Depends if you have any other AMD stuff, but yes, uninstall all AMD things using add/remove first, if that doesn't get rid, use the uninstall tool here:
