Unhappy What is the best TV tuner card?

I cant wait no longer! I need TV.... Ever since I removed my AIW 9800 Pro I have been without Sci-fi! I simply cant bare to wait for the ATI 550 Pro add in makers to start selling these beauties. So What is the best substitute? I will need a 3d comb filter and noies reduction.... Quality is a must!

    Many thanks, the Myth!

Yes I've read good reviews of that... i've also heard some nightmare stories about the hauppage Nova-T digital adaptor, so don't go with that one.

    Yep

I have the Nebula card - its as good as you can get - just make sure you can get a decent digital signal in your area before you splash out. They could be a bit more attentive about the drivers but none of the companies who produce PVR cards seem to be very good at that kind of thing
