    6800 ultra stress test results

    http://www.firingsquad.com/hardware/..._vst/page6.asp

K ppl here is the link and there is tons of them on the net. i have ultra and my score on 1280x1024 32 is around 125 where my friend who addicted to ATI got 87 so whats the deal with these testers everywhere I downloaded new driver for nvidia and my game fps whent to the skies, seriously one time i had 200 fps just once 190-180 is usual for sertain areas (map dust) so maybe these testers use bad driver and that is why thay say gForce suck and ati better, cause my friend who bought ATI he never listen to me only those who say ATI are the best.
    Why do they do that?

By the way driver i use 67.02 and with these driver my banch mark is 5088 i have nothing overclocked pentium 3.2 gH 1gig ram thats all

    PANIC NOT

You have a frame rate advantage over your friends ATI card in the region of 100 FPS.

Nothing wrong with that review. They simply havn't tested the 6800Ultra or the 6800GT just the plain vanilla 6800.

Well, generaly a 5000 score in what I asume is 3D Mark05 is quite good, and as far as fan boys go theres always a few that will never listen! Personaly I myself was an Intel fany untill Hexus straightend me out!

Javalord and MuzTee, both of your posts were unnecessary and have been removed. I don't think I need to say any more.

well, those tests have persuaded me even more into wanting a 6800, I'm not really a fan boy for anything, if an ATi graphics card is better than an Nvidia one, i'll most likely go for an ATi card, but since the 6xxx series seems to be so much better than ATi's X800 series that it's easily gonna be an Nvidia card this time

Actualy the x800 XT is faster then then the 6800 ultra! But the ultra has HDR lighting and SM 3.0 which gives it a speed incress in suporting games! So I guess it depends on how you define better...
