Odd boot logo problem - resolution not supported

    Hi all,
I'm getting a resolution not supported warning from my monitor on boot up.
The bios screen shows, then the dos style progress bar, but the loading windows XP screen fails to show. The logon screen appears, I'm not to bothered by it, however I would like to know why it is possibly doing it.
