    Question LCD VGA pci output card

    I am thinking of getting a card for my pentium 4 2ghz machine which can plug in to my 30inch phillips tv which has vga output. i will use it for web browsing and watching dvds, and maybe gaming but gaming option isnt as inportant. the card does have to be PCI tho...
    what would you guyz and gurlz suggest

    link and its gotta be uk,will a 7000 really be ok as this has to be sharp as possible, bearing in mind its gonna be run on a LCD 30inch Phillips tv, not cheap jobbie. price isnt a high priority, obviously within reason.150quid max.
    any other alternatives???
