My budget is £200 at most. There's a £200 PCS+ 290 on overclockers which is tempting, plenty of cheap reference cooler 290s on ebay for much less (I don't think I can live with one of those though).
On a side note, does anyone know what the best passively cooled GPU is? I've seen a 270, ideally I'd have power power though. Suggestions?
