Best GPUs for under £150?

As per the title, I'm looking for the best GPU for the money under £150, I was suggested the r9 270x but am open to any new suggestions.

You should be able to pick up an R9 280 for £150, this is significantly better than an R9 270X (merely an overclocked 270). The R9 280 has an extra ~40% stream processors, more VRAM. If you can take the power consumption that'd be my recommendation.
