6800 GT PCIe

Hello all:

I am from the US and have tried looking everywhere for a GeForce 6800 GT PCIe card but with no luck as everyone seems to be on a backorder. Is the same true over in the UK?

Nevermind found them and by the time I got it shipped to the US it would probably cost me over 700 dollars.

I'm willing to pay a lot for a video card but not 700 for a 6800 GT that should go for around 500.

You can get these cards, but they are certainly not 'mainstream' yet.

if it's being exported then the VAT wouldn't be charged here but I don't know if US Customs would hit you with some kind of import duty/tax.
& international carriage for 1 item only is a bit expensive
