i want know who is better in all thing ... zotac gtx 980 amp extreme or gigabyte gtx 980 ti g1 gaming
Gigabyte, MSI, ASUS, EVGA and Sapphire are generally best regarded for build quality and RMA.
The smaller manufacturers such as Zotac tend to compete better with clockspeeds and slightly on price, often being ahead of the main manufacturers in that area. The card's build quality should still be solid anyway, they just don't quite possess the reputation the big 5 have.
I don't have time to pull up the exact specs to check clocks atm but chances are Zotac is higher clocked and slightly cheaper so if either of those concern you go Zotac. If you want the safety of good RMA and build quality, go for one of the big 5, gigabyte in your case.
if i want safety go any brand without zotic so zotic not saftty ???
i want go to right way ???/
I'd go with Gigabyte, from personal experience their customer service is better than Zotic.
What about Performance
the best Performance go to gigabyte or zotic
I would go for gigabyte too. Very nice company with a great history
SO gigabyte win right??
I would say go with Zotac, they have an excellent UK based RMA facility so if you're living in the UK they are just as good for service as Gigabyte but will win on price. Check out this thread to find out about graphics card warranties.
Last speech GIGABYTE OR ZOTIC
I Want answer like this go to gigabyte or go to zotic
PLEASE help
You have answers above already.
- Service/Returns ie. RMA both are equal though Zotac have a UK based RMA centre Gigabyte is in Germany so Zotac might be faster with turnaround
- Performance - Gigabyte wins with differences of over 10% more fps than Zotac which makes up for the 10% extra on the price I guess
- Price - Zotac wins with £550 beating £600
- Looks - subjective, but I think they are both equal in terms of looks
- Temps - At load they are nearly equal with 1 degree C between them the Zotac wins at idle but who cares about idle temps?
- Noise - Gigabyte is quieter but not by a big margin however noise levels double every 2db and at idle there is 2db between them and a 1db difference under load
- Overclocking - I think they are both around equal here demonstrating equal gains
- Power consumption - Zotac wins but it's around a 15 watt difference
- Build quality - Gigabyte might be better but I'm not going to read two reviews to answer that for you
All you have to do now is choose between two cards, you have done well to narrow the field to just those two choices, I can't tell you what's best for your circumstances, they are both great cards and the choice you make will be an emotional choice, so you need to do some research and read some reviews of the two or watch some YouTube videos.
But if you want a definitive answer I'll be happy to toss a coin for you.
*** edit *** I tossed a coin for you and Gigabyte was the winner, it won best of three tosses so get Gigabyte.
Thank u very much to help me
i have one question gtx 980 ti better than amd fury x ... ( right or what ?????????????
fury X runs cooler/quieter but raw performance has to go to the 980ti
The more one seeks, the more one finds and so you realise there is a lot more to be found.
EVGA GTX 980TI worth every penny...
A single 980 ti is better, from benchmarks I have seen that the fury x beats it when comparing dual card set ups. Probably due to HBM and that it seems to stack.
