ATI 3d Rage Pro Problems

I have a ATI Rage Pro 128mb 3dfx AGP Graphics card.

The problem i am having is that the graphics are the Wrong Colours Grass is Blue Water is Pink and Mountains are Blue. I have Adjusted all settins on the ATI control pannel and set to game to Both Adjust to best settings and to leave settings as standard.

Has any one got any ideas before it goes back to the shop.

What application are we talking here?, windows, games, dtp?. What versions of the drivers are you running? etc.

A little bit more information would be great to help diagnose the problem...
