    This only works on the Gigabyte SLi mobo at present (according to the Firingsquad review). Their reviews clocked it at below a single 6800GT. Not sure how much it costs but if it's *much* cheaper than a 6800GT then it's a good deal but otherwise it would be better to get a 6800GT. In addition, the 3D1 needs SLi enabled so you're already wasting the second slot. With a single 6800GT you've still got the option to stick another identical one in and enable SLi.

    I don't think it's cheaper than a 6800GT but it should be. My two ASUS eXtreme N6600GTs are cheaper than a single 6800GT though.

    Correct Taz that card only works in the following motherboard ;

    Gigabyte GV-K8NXP-SLI

    Thats a crying shame as it would have been a good stopgap until I had the 6800 GT's or even ultras... thats when I even get ahold of the SLI motherboard from Asus or ABit
