Probably one of these without question currently

Special version of the 950 which doesn't require any power input.
Aside from that, we'll probably see some pcie powered lower end cards with polaris and pascal, but on the Nvidia side judging from Maxwell we can assume the 1050 will be towards the end of the year. Polaris launch is supposed to be aimed at mainstream for this upcoming release, so there might be a pcie powered polaris gpu worthy of note, but AMD are keeping very quiet about their release schedule so far.
I think buying a bus powered card now with Polaris just around the corner would be foolish - AMD have demonstrated a GTX 950-level card running at around 40W, which is well within the bus-powered limits. NVidia seem to be going big-core first with Pascal, so I imagine their mainstream bus powered cards will be somewhat later in the year. OTOH both companies are finally moving off 28nm, and moving to a new node almost always brings power savings for the same performance, so both companies should have some much faster bus powered cards out later this year. It's quite possible we'll see GTX 960/R9 380 level performance in a 75W card by year end...
Thank you for suggestions. I will keep in mind the options, but also their descriptions: Low Power seems to be the key words to find what I need.
Cheers!
