Re: GTX1060 review thread
Eyeballing it looks like a roughly 5% edge on the RX 480. At $250 that's really bringing the heat to AMD, especially if it overclocks well (the RX 480 didn't).

Here's another review, although the web page doesn't want to load for me right now...

Edit! Seems to load ok now :)
Re: GTX1060 review thread
TPU tested the first AIB card - it costs £300 on OcUK.LMAO.

It looks like it overclocks nicely too. There aren't loads in stock as of now but seem to be plenty of AIB pre-orders.
The only thing pushing me towards the RX 480 now is that it seems to do better in DX12

The sad thing is AIB RX480 cards are starting at £250 now and probably will boost higher and overclock better - but AMD PR is half asleep so apparently we still don't have any AIB RX480 card reviews out. Its most likely they will be faster - Asus said their AIB card is nearly 19% faster!!

Damn, you got a link to that Asus quote? That's huge.
I can't understand why AMD don't have non-reference cards out yet but Nvidia have them available at launch? I actually want to buy AMD for FreeSync and also some of the DX12 benchmarks wins Polaris has over Pascal massive. Plus they'll probably be cheaper than those £300+ GTX 1060 AIBs. The GTX 1060 just got the upper hand with the data available now though.

Here it is:

AMD needs to get the AIB card reviews out - everybody knows the reference card has throttling issues,so that means AIB cards should be decently faster. Sure,Nvidia wins on power consumption, but still that would about the most they would win in.
Re: GTX1060 review thread
Thanks!

Agreed. Maybe they'll be released to coincide with the RX 460/470 launch at the end of this month? Seems like a long wait.
