A reference or a non reference RX480 card ?
I have always had a third party card but as i dont really overclock then should i just go ahead and get a Stock card as i can get a 8gb Powercolor RX 480 reference card for £170 .
Apart from the cooling and a few tweaks will it make any difference ? It will be use on a 24" monitor and games will be like GTA5 and possible BF1 :)
cheers !

A non-reference card will cost you quite a bit more than that, and the difference in performance isn't huge TBH. The main difference you'll probably notice is just cooler noise, but from what I've read (and heard in noise recordings) the stock cooler isn't bad and not what I'd call a particularly annoying sound.

For £170 I would be getting that RX480 8GB reference card!!
Thats less than the price of an RX470 4GB or a GTX1060 3GB.

I got it last night :)
works very well in GTA5 and i whacked up most of the setting in War Thunder with impressive results though there was a glitch with the full cloud settings .
Im a happy chappy :
