DVI v's VGA Speed
Hi guys,
due to some problems with my nvidia graphics card under linux I've changed to a different Nvidia card. My new card has dual DVI out instead of DVI/VGA out.
As I read it DVI signal should be slightly better and perhaps even a tad quicker to work with the monitor, but not really being up on my PC hardware and especially monitors/graphics cards I'd be interested in seeing how you think using the Dual DVI connections or jus DVI would benifit/punish me over a VGA connection.

To be truthful you wont notice any difference in 'speed', just that if you are using a DVI TFT the picture will be slightly clearer with DVI over VGA.

do u use 2 monitor cause thats what dual DVI means

yes, I'll be using dual monitors with DVI connection. I was using one dvi one vga, but I've decided to go doe dual dvi.

Ah, the only difference you'll see is that the colours will match exactly on both monitors and that you dont have to calibrate them either.
