If you aren't gaining performance I'd say it's not worth switching, even 50% higher efficiency isn't realistically going to save you much
Nope unless you intend to build some very small rig. Get an rx470 instead and you will gain performance and probably drop power consumption too.
Even selling on the 380, you will never get back the cost in electricity savings.
If there is an Nvidia feature you really want, or you are having heat problems in a tiny case and have plenty of spare cash then it could help.
Personally, I will be sticking with my 380 unless I find a lot of money unexpectedly comes my way when Vega is out.
