Best All-In-Wonder?

I wanted to get the best video/PVR card that would work the best w/ my system. Memory is only 512, most def gonna upgrade to 1GB, and I also have a 160GB 7200 hard drive waiting.. How much would I be expecting to pay for the memory and what is the best card? Thanks. Any more suggestions that wouldn't be too hard on the wallet would be appreciated.

I was lookin at the ATI All-In-Wonder X800 XT? That would prob be overkill..
