Question 6600gt PNY/XFX OR Leadtec, Need nvidia graphics card update

Hi, I recently have had my latest 9800 pro go wrong and have just had it refunded from e-buyer, it's my second gone wrong so I'm looking for a change. I havent been keeping up with the nvidia stuff too well, but I know that a 6600gt is about the same price point as my 9800 pro(which is all I going to spend) So, what driver is best for the for this new nvidia card so I can download it beforehand. Also, I have a choice of PNY, Lead-tech and xfx, I presume the XfX is the best because of clock speeds, but also, which is the quitest? Thanks, John.

there is a version of the MSI with video in on overclockers if you are interested. The MSI had a quiet HSF apparently.
