    Best CRT for £120 excl. VAT

    As the title suggests. What can you get me?

    for that kind of money you'll be looking at a top notch 17" or a low end 19".

    All you need to do is make sure the monitor is capable of the highest resolution and refresh rate you use in games/windows, and that has the lowest dot pitch - although thats only a secondary concern really.

    although saying that this 19" is in budget and spec doesnt seem to bad. It fell out the ugly tree though

    to be fair that picture doesn't do it justice. It does look really nice once you've got it. Cheap, good size and has technical prowess.

    I'd buy a secondhand 21" TBH- in fact I did, like a lot of people here I snapped up a Cornerstone P1500 for £80 a year ago.

    Are they alright for gaming? I can get myself a Viewsonic G90F for £95.

    Yeah, my P1500 is fine for gaming, any monitor that can do 85Hz refresh rate at your resolution of choice will be fine.
