Scan seems a bit dead when it comes to replying!

If it is still going back to mainland Europe (I recall Netherlands but unsure) then it can be quite a while. 4-8 weeks from memory.

Anybody know if Scan have a an RMA policy where by if the RMA is taking longer than 28 days the retailer will deal with the problem ?

I think overclockers have a policy where by if it takes longer than 28 days they will Refund.

Lack of info from this company is frightening........
