Is it worth buying a geforce 6800 GT if my monitor has a max resolution of 1280 x 1024 @ 65 h?
if you are comfortable gaming at that resolution then i say go for it, i myself have a max resolution of 1280x1024 at 60hz, all i do to compramize for the lower settings of my monitor is turn on aa and af and all the eye candy up. so if the resolution doesnt bother you then sure go for it.
Yes that's fine. Most people game at that sort of res anyways, and you will get perfect framerates with a gt with full AA and AF on that res.
