R 9800pro big problems

Hi Guys, Im having problems with my Powercolor Radeon 9800pro,

I am currently running in the OS Windows XP Home and have Norton Internet security installed.

My setup is as follows:
Mobo- Asus A8V
CPU -AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 512Kb
RAM -Corsair twin 2x512Mb 1Gb total 184DIMM PC3200
HDD 1- Western Digital Raptor 74Gb Sata 150
HDD 2- Maxtor Diamond Max 300Gb Sata 150 HDDs in VIA Raid JBOD
DVD-ROM -Sony 48xDVD 16xCD ROM
DVD+/-RW -Sony DL
PSU -Thermaltake Butterfly 480w
FDD -Sony 1.44Mb 3.5"
Heat monitor -Thermaltake Hardcano 12

When running anything 3D I get either lines jutting out, black speckles on my screen or both.

can you help?

Too hot / dead...

try underclocking the card to see if they go away,use ATI tool , if not then i'm afraid you will need a new card :(

Bought it when dead odviously, oh well thnx
