TV Out

This used to work fine but the last couple of times i've tried it it wont work. I get an image but its a bit blurry and in black and white. I've changed res from 640x480-->1024x768, refresh rate i cant lower more than 60hz, and i just want my pc to give a nice signal to my TV :(

The PC is a P3 1GHz, 368MB RAM, GF2 MX400 or something, god knows.

Anyone shed any light on this?

Checked the TV manual, its max refresh is 50hz, and it supports NTSC. Tried NTSC, tried using powerstrip to get it to display 50hz and it still wont work! :(

Anyone help?
