EVGA waiting list - anyone had any joy?

Has anyone here been on the waiting list at EVGA EU, been contacted by them and managed to get a GPU from them? If so, which GPU and how long were you waiting?

I've been in the "queue" for 4 months for a 3060 Ti XC - is this queue even moving? Glad I brought snacks...

Well, it's 5 days to go - EVGA promised to honour the old MSRP until 16th April. So - a swathe of queue positions to suddenly be processed on the 17th maybe?

EVGA EU doesn't do a purchase waiting list like they do in the USA. It's been confirmed on their forums..

That's a shame but also seems odd as they say this on their EU site :

"We have made some changes to the checkout process for EVGA.com 30 Series orders. Now we are using a queue based notification system.

To sign up, use the notification button on the product you would like to be notified for. Once product is available (and it is your turn to purchase), you will receive a secure email that will allow you to purchase the product that you received a notification for. Please note that you have 8 hours to place your order, if your order is not complete within 8 hours, the product will be released back into queue system.

Also note that your email address that was used for the notify system MUST MATCH an email that has a registered EVGA account, if an account is not available with that email, you will need to create one before you can purchase. To view the notifies you have selected and if an email has sent, please visit the My Notifies page here."

Not sure if you seen LinusTechTips twitter post this week, think he has the full world supply of EVGA GPU's at the minute. Scan dropped their FE editions this morning, had no luck with that either

I do hope so, I've certainly signed up for a 3080, one can dream lol!

I think evga eu barely gets any cards tbh. Most of their stock goes to usa and retailers. If you look on the evga forum, they have fan made spreadsheets and the eu ones barely have any confirmed purchases.

Even if they did, if you order from evga eu would you pay import tax now?

I got a message a while back that the SKU I joined the queue for probably won't ever release and I've been automatically moved to the LHR variant queue. Don't really need it now but if I get the chance I may buy it anyway, someone on here can have it if nothing else.
