Coolermaster do a funky RGB one that doesn't look too bad.
Others are a bit tacky.

I notice that you're using a PCIE4.0 system, & that vertical adapter is PCIE3.0? In practice, I guess you're unlikely to notice the difference in most workloads, but it's a shame to leave the extra performance 'on the table', since you've already paid for it
From the reviews I've seen with vertical GPU mounting systems, one common problem is being able to leave space between an air-cooled GPU & the side of the case, in order to allow sufficient airflow for cooling. Water-cooled GPUs don't have this problem of course.
