MSI NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti VENTUS 3X stock / shipping times dates?

I noticed that the MSI NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti VENTUS 3X is priced at ~£530 on Scan.co.uk, but the availability is of course very limited. The web link for the card is here:

I saw the price listed on the Nvidia webshop when searching through the list of RTX 3070 TIs.

Does anyone know if there is a way to track when these will become available at this price? Is there a stock tracking service / app I can use to keep track of it and alert me when there is some available stock?

I can sell my RTX 3070 FE for more than I payed for it (at a shop), and hopefully upgrade to a RTX 3070 TI, still with some money left over.

Are these cards ever actually sold at this price, and if so, how often?

Note - I can't just buy an RTX 3070 TI FE, because it's 1 founders edition card per person / household.
