    Flickering Panel?

Not sure what is happening here, or if it is my eyes being tired.

X800 Pro - running a 24" Widescreeen Dell and a 18" Iiyama - the Dell appears to be flickering a little

is it my eyes - or the card? or the panel?

Are you using a DVI-VGA converter? It may be playing up.
