Probably cut down version. I don't see how they can fit a full R520 in a console and still make it cost effective + relatively quiet.
Easy, they could underclock it and and mass produce it.
Still, it is not an R520 in the console, just something similar.

Yes.
I think the most it'll have is a 12pipe design (IE x800pro).
The R520 will probably have 24 or 32pipes.
