    best cheapest fanless 2d agp gfx?

    ATI is said to do the best ramdac/2D graphics, so I just looked online for an old radeon and all the old cards have green PCBs and are made by Sapphire!

    Where should I look for a fanless topquality card?

    Gigabyte do the fanless 6800 and X800. See their website for model numbers.

    What is wrong with Sapphire? Most ATI cards are made in the same place Sapphire cards are made.

    Most graphics card manufacturers sell cards with cheap RAMDAC but ATI is known for always using the best DACs in the industry.

    Get a cheap matrox. Something along the lines of a G450/550.
