Right having got that fantastic bargin from aria on a 20inch WS Dell TFT, I have setup my 19inch CRT as a second monitor.
What things can I do with my second monitor to use the space well and actually justify having it?

Lets see...
Learn to VJ.
Put winamp/trillian/email on one screen and browse on the other
play games in widescreen
boast (check)
post pictures so others feel jealous (check)
watch a fullscreen dvd while doing something else
download ultramon
I do use photoshop, guess I could always develop my skills. Already got a large winamp skin and it looks fantastic, along with some other widgets.
Cheers people.

One thing I've always wanted to know is how do you setup your dual monitors? I had a 19" and a 17" running from my 6800GT before, worked fantastic, but whenever I dragged PowerDVD over to the 2nd monitor, it would run at about 2fps... Also, I could never play games on the 19" and actually do anything useful on the 2nd, what's the best way to do this? Use a PCI card for the 2nd monitor?
The second monitor wont have a video overlay, so any video (if it even plays) will be slow.
If you want to do either of those you mentioned you'll need a specialist multimonitor gfx card.

Also could be a good time to get into Samurize - http://www.samurize.com/

Cheers for samurize as well, gonna give it a try later tonight, it looks really cool.
Some flight sims support dual monitors nicely too - one sceen for all the many controls/instruments and one for your window view.
It's great for coding, code on one screen, docs, debugger, etc. on the other.
