there's big debates on that one, i'll see if i can find them but there are screenies around of hl-2 in the doom 3 engine and vice versa, i must say that the doom 3 engine looked prettier, it just had all those beautiful shadows :) but i think it lacks the physics?

Source actually supports corners (notice any of them in Doom 3.... thought not! :P)

Yeah, sure does look good, though in PCGamer they says it's not out till Autumn/Winter, with the expansion out in the Summer.
