The driver download page for 5.5 states:
Star Wars Knights of the old republic: Loading the Dantooine level of the game under Windows XP no longer results in slow game performance.
The release notes say:
Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2: Running the Dantoonie level of the game may result in hesitation being noticed. Topic number 737-19378.
Slightly odd, no mention of the original anywhere, they seem to be a little confused. And there was a promise this was fixed in 5.4, but it wasn't.

Still on the 4.6's here, only games I play are IL2 and CS:S, bit of AAo thrown in now and again with some Silent Hunter sprinkled on top, not got any issues here so no point in upgrading tbh...
I've been running 5.5's for a couple of days now. A lot more BSOD's, VPU recovers and freezing with these. I might go back to 5.4 which were much more stable for me.
